Staff were accommodating. I was clear that I just needed to update my prescription. The doctor on site seemed annoyed that I wasn’t purchasing glasses from them. He asked where I was getting them, and when I told him, he berated the company and said they use cheap materials. This place goes the extra mile to make sure you are happy with your purchase. While the services here are not cheap, you are paying for top quality. The doctor takes his time to make sure your prescription is tailor made to what you use your glasses and contacts most for. Stella was super helpful in picking the correct frames. She even allowed me to swap my frames out after purchase when i realized a different color would go better with frames I chose. You get what you pay for...and this place is the personification of that.... read more
