I’m so happy I found Vistas Mental Wellness and Dr. Kari Wheeler! It’s such a relief that they accept my insurance, so I don’t have to worry about cost. Jennifer has truly changed my daughter's life. We always look forward to our sessions and Jennifer has really taken the time to properly diagnose my child's needs. The staff is always helpful and very easy to work with. We feel very lucky to have the best care in mental health her in the Grand Valley.
I have had nothing but positive experiences with Vistas Mental Wellness. The staff is thorough and kind and i am always treated with dignity and respect. I feel like my time is valued and I always appreciate the manner in which I am communicated with. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
My first psych experience was horrible. The prior Dr put me on a crazy heavy dose of medication which threw me way off. I met Jenn through searching who accepted my insurance. She was the first one on the list. I was skeptical and cautious at first. The first appointment she took over an hour and a half to really listen to my issues. We got my meds squared away. She is a godsend. I don’t know where I’d be without her help. I highly recommend Jenn Crowe.
I can’t say enough good things about this team. Jen is truly a master of her craft — insightful, supportive, and incredibly skilled. Erick is attentive, responsive, and makes the process feel seamless and personal. Together, they’ve created an environment where you are genuinely seen, heard, and cared for.
