Terrible! Inexperienced salesperson handling buyers failed to disclose the fact buyers had gone through multiple attempts to secure finacing. Ultimately the sale fell through because the buyers never really were prequalified. The realtor handling the seller's interests couldn't remember dates of showings, nor the fact she had placed the listing on Craig's List and then had the audacity to accuse the seller of doing it!
