If I could give 0 stars I would... I don't even know where to start< i moved in the complex in 2018 when it was core vistas, and I really didn't have many issues, when Greystar took over and changed the name and management that's when everything stated happening. They started tacking on all these additional fees that you HAVE to pay, like internet. Stay away from any greystar property in general. Overpriced services is a business practice in general. Car was towed from property. Tow signage is not properly displayed and information is not passed down. Apartm is sub-par as well. Get something else.
Worst place I've ever lived, Apartment F107. Upon move in last summer there were dead bugs all over the apartment, a water leak in the ceiling in one of the bathrooms that popped on move in day! It took them 4 times to actually fix the leak and there is still a massive hole in my bathroom ceiling they never fixed. The main bedroom's window doesn't open and there are large cracks in the foundation big enough to stick a quarter into.half the outlets in the apartment don't work, there was no working A/C and it took multiple wor... read more
Best thing I ever did was turn on the keys to this dump. All the bad reviews you see on here are true. There is a reason greystar is being sued.
I submitted a Wor Order on 4 of July and next day problem was solved . Thank you Cameron for your quick response and kindness
