I stayed at Odyssey Landing for only a few months this year. (I had to move due to work relocation) but Dallas at the office was the only good one. The laundry rooms are so dirty and there’s trash everywhere. People don’t clean out the lint traps and some of the dryers don’t work. There’s spiders and cockroaches in the apartments. I had pest control come 3 times over the span of 5 months. My heater in my apartment went out twice and it got very very cold and they had to come fix it but took several days to do so. Love the remodeled apartments. Maintenance staff are friendly and efficient. Office staff are easy to work with. I've been here 10 years. Rent is a bit pricey. Highly recommend.
Unethical Practices, Uninhabitable Unit, and Fraudulent Debt Collection My two-year tenancy at Odyssey Ridge Apartments was an extremely disappointing and costly experience. I feel compelled to share my story to prevent others from enduring similar circumstances. From the start, the apartment was uninhabitable.
