Excellent rental experience so far. The duplexes are well-maintained and fairly priced. Chelsea in the office is consistently friendly, professional, and communicates well. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, the office is always spotless and welcoming (with free morning coffee), and the lawn care is kept up beautifully during the warmer months. It’s a quiet community, and management does a good job addressing any tenant concerns. Highly recommend.
Attempted to rent a place here and had issues for 3 whole months. Toured the place mid April and put down our deposit to rent a unit in June. I had income limit concerns from the start and the property manager assured me multiple times that she saw nothing preventing us from moving in. Was told I would know for sure by May 28th if we had been approved. That day came and went with no one reaching out.
