They had me playing waiting room bingo for over 2 hours past my appointment (for a 30 second injection). They kept calling people back who got there after I did, and when I questioned this, the employee got in my face and another rolled his eyes at me. I got fed up, told them where to stick my chart, and left. I doubt I''ll go back, as this is just another terrible example of the state of healthcare in the US.
