The site is awesome to use. Unfortunately the actual value of what you end up paying per night somewhere does not give you a break on pricing. You can find better deals working direct with properties.
Exceeded my expectations
Súper chévere
This is one of the most dishonest and falsely reputable companies boasting flex vacation packages that I have come across. When you try to contact them to express concerns or dissent, they completely ignore you. Even stopping payments to this company doesn’t get their attention enough to warrant acknowledgement. I wish we could rewind the clock and tell ourselves what we know now before we signed the contract. RUN, don’t walk, away from this company.
We received the HOA Budget for the 2021 fiscal year. They allocated over $4.7 million for bad debt expense. Vistana’s Flex Vacations Owners Association is counting on more than $4.7 million worth of Owners to not pay their annual fees. IF ONLY this were our only concern with remaining owners with Vistana. Without a doubt, owners like my wife and I have been affected by these people making up for lost payments. What do we have to show for it? A terrible financial situation and one vacation in 4 years.
