Vista vision is a great place and the eye doctor is wonderful.
By far my favorite eye doctor I’ve been to. Everyone is always so kind and welcoming. They really help you find a pair of glasses you will love!
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Jorgensen. He is one of the most knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely caring doctors I have ever visited. From the moment I walked into his office, I felt that he truly cared about my vision and overall eye health. My appointment was 8/2/2024 and today marks over a month and still have not received my lenses that I paid for, with insurance, or a phone call. I have had to call to follow up on them. First phone call I was told the order is pending and she couldn’t tell me anything else. I called again and the lady said she will have to look into my order and call me back. What is going on?
