I hate this place. Its a joke. Everyone's reviews are on point and exactly what happened when I was living there. Please do not give this place your time and money. I have a collection with this company for 4,000 something dollars when I moved out 1 month before my lease ended. How the hell did I end up with a $4,000 bill???? Stay FAR FAR away from this place. The manager Nicole is the definition of unprofessional. She'd "lose" our money orders & wanted us to pay again even if we had the reciepts. After that we made sure to get our reciepts back but she'd try to keep them every time. The roach problem was disgusting, biggest roaches I've ever seen & they were EVERYWHERE. The maintenance were so creepy & made sure to come when my husband wasn't home, yet wouldn't fix a thing. First off stay away from here and patriot palms! So horrible! But this is the worst! OK bird s*** everywhere so unsanitary second the worst maitnance and they have a key so be careful they just walk rite in and the manager thinks that's OK! Imma noo I flipped on that when these guys tried walking in on me while taking a shower! Called the police so now instead of fixing the situation my ac doesn't work neither does my dishwasher fridge has a leak and garbage disposal broke again! I have lived here for about a year and I have no liked it at all... they have the pool closed almost all week and then when you put in a work order it takes them months to actually get to it.... the grounds are nice and shady but there are too many birds so there are a lot of feathers and bird droppings.... the playground is too big for the smaller children and there is sometimes glass in the sand there as well... I do not like these apartments and would not recommend them to anyone else
