No Security. The gate are open 24 seven it’s broken and they never fix it. They let the homeless all the time In And Out any time they can take anything from there. They can anything from there that is not safe. Stay away of that place. It’s not a good for you or for your family if you have a kids or something.
Gave us the apartment all dirty, paint from the tub was ripped off even paint from the walls, tub and sink kept getting clogged no matter how much we’d clean it out, plumbing issues, water damage, water would leak out of the ac, manager would take forever to help us and has yet to help us we been asking to get things fixed and even to get moved apartments because of the amount of damaged things in my apartment, let alone her being somewhat racist treated us differently based on our looks. 9/2023 update: hahaha look at Heathers review, she’s telling facts! MANAGEMENT DOES NOT CARE! Do not move here! The minute I can get away from this complex I am, it is really bad, stressful, stupid, and dangerous to live here in Vista Village Apartments. 8/2022 update: still no enforcement on rules. Where do I begin? Long story short. My apartment has ongoing plumbing problems for the past 5 years. Remedy? Snake the main line regularly, plus fix the root problem. My entire building has backups. My problem is this time the toilet and bathtub spewed raw sewage into my apartment on Sept. 13th. Today is the 26th with no response for my request to have a licensed bonded Hazmat team to clean.
