these apartment are old. the charge to much plus she movesin people without background check.They tell you one price then raise another. they dont fix nothing and its like living in the project why pay 800 to live in the projects. plus its no water included and the rest of the apartment in the area are cheaper water included plus a park and swimming pool vista view has none waste your time if u move there cause you will be wonting to move out and then they give you bad report when you to move somewhere else vista view is the... read more
You do not want to live here. Old buildings...black mold in apartments...not kid friendly...playground set is damaged and caters to mainly toddlers. Problems are not resolved in a timely manner and office personnel are backstabbing people all the time. Too much money and an entire waste of time.
This is not what I expected from this apartment complex. This is a tax credit Property that is supposed to be regulating under HUD GUIDELINES, and IT IS NOT!!!!!! Residents have been lied to when moving into these apartments to get them filled, and when they move in it's not what they expect at all.This property needs to be inspected.
What a great community with a management team that goes out of their way to assist you at every turn. Moving is stressfull enough. They really hold your hands, are professional and make you really feel at home. The apartments are bigger than expected, private parking and the free functions they offer and community parties make it a great place for families. Close to everything and great neighbors.
