Maintenance guy named Leo is fast and reliable. Changed out our leaky garbage disposal in 30 minutes. Appreciate the quick service!!
I have resided in this comunity for about eight year., It is a great place to live. We have a great onsite proprty manager MaryAnne who is easy to work with and really does a great job for then residents here. She goes way above and beyond. the maintence team here as well! is out standing to work with and responds to your request promptly. hope we get to keep this team here for awhile.
This is a great park it’s quiet and beautiful!! The manager Maryanne is an amazing person the maintenance guys are so good at their job. The view is amazing my girls don’t stop taking pictures 😊
Monte Verde Estates in Escondido is a beautiful park the view is spectacular. Visited the park a few times and I fall in love every time . I’ve also had the pleasure of meeting the park manager Maryann she is very friendly and the sweetest person. She is very helpful as while. Highly recommend if looking for a place to live.
