Been at Monte Vista Estates for about 6 years, and it’s such a great place to live. After long work hours in downtown Escondido, coming home here always feels calming and much quieter than any other mobile home park. The pool is always kept clean every week, and the gym is always open. I’ve gone through many managers over the years, but the one who stands out the most is Xochie. Monte verde states are amazing to leave in you can see a beautiful view of Escondido! Xochitl is an amazing manager she maid hamburgers for all the residents for the pool grand opening for summer maintenance guys are really friendly to you should come and check it out 💕
