I had a very disappointing experience at this apartment complex. The hygiene was terrible—there was dog poop left all over the common areas, which made it really unpleasant to walk around. On top of that, people were constantly smoking marijuana, even in shared spaces, and the smell was everywhere. It felt dirty and poorly managed. I definitely would not recommend this place.

I have been living at Vista Verde for many years, it was great until more people that refuse to clean up after their pets started moving in, It is so offensive and disgusting. Imagine having to walk to check your mail and nothing but dog crap on the grass and side of concrete . I have complained multiple times and sent evidence of this kid of behavior and nothing seems to have changed. My dad spoke to Melissa the other day who works in Vista Verde. And this is what happened. There are some new neighbors above us and ever since they have moved it, they have been making constant noise as if it were 8 in the morning. It does not allow my parents to sleep AT ALL in the night. They work more than 10 hours a day and the first thing they want to do at night is rest. But now they can't because of the new neighbors. I am a tenant and for the money I am paying for this apartment, they should have invested in elevators for their older population and the parking is horrible

It’s being a pleasure to live at. Vista Verde I will be almost 5 years every body is super friendly Michelle and Jaqueline are always willing to help all the time.
