this was one of the worst apt ive lived in in az, moved in on short notice 1yr ago should have waited because it was in bad shape when i moved in landlord did little or nothing to remedy the situation. looked like someone tried to turn it over but did a vary bad job holes in wall are still visible through the Spackle, nabers are drug dealers and then the last thing they razed my rent this yr when i asked to be moved to a cleaner apt with a complete turn over and cleaning, they said sure we'll raize your rent by 150.00 a mont... read more
