Extremely unprofessional experience with Vista Tree Management. I signed a contract with this company and even paid the full deposit in advance as confirmed by their office. However, after receiving payment, no one showed up, and they did not respond to my 100 of calls and emails. Despite prior confirmations and follow-up messages, the company completely ignored my attempts to reach them on the day of service. A great experience from beginning to end. What an amazing crew! We had a large Linden & Japanese Maple pruned and they did such a fantastic job. The crew were knowledgeable & friendly and took their time making sure to maintain the integrity of both trees. They also did a fantastic job of cleaning up after they were done. I highly recommend Vista Tree Management to anyone needing expert tree pruning. I will definitely use them again in the future! Thank you Vista!
Vista Tree Management’s staff members did a tremendous job pruning our trees. The team communicated well and worked diligently, providing a professional inspection and a reasonable quote and then dispatching a very capable team to complete the work. I will definitely use their services again.
We are extremely happy with the work done by Jimmy and his team. Everything surpassed our expectations ; assessment of trees work, explaining in details and answering all our questions, commitment to finish the job same day ( weather was a bit challenge ) while no cutting corners , cleaning up every little branch , leaves and needles......Larch had some very heavy and long branches above couple of Japanese Maples, I expected some damage but it never happened ! These are the best arborist/tree management people in the city by a mile. We explored several companies however always found the work incomplete or unreliable. James came for a consultation and has helped us tremendously with the large trees all around our house included an extensive knowledge and expert advice on trees, pruning and city bylaws as well! They are experts in what they do and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family! Don't look further - just hire them!
