Based on the reviews that this company has, I am surprised by the lack of professionalism that we experienced. They did not show up for a scheduled tree trimming and did not communicate this to us either. They also did not respond to our calls or emails regarding the appointment. This cost a day of work on our end. I would strongly advise against using Vista Tree Management.
They received part of the invoice, and after several follow-ups they finally scheduled the job, but they never showed up. They have not answered any of our calls or messages.
A fantastic experience from the quote to the actual work. The prices are very reasonable. Crew arrived at my home at 8am on the scheduled day. They were professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. They took their time to make sure all the work was done correctly. All the trees and bushes were trimmed, one tree removed and the cleanup was done meticulously. I highly recommend Vista Tree Management and I will use their services in the future.
Extremely unprofessional experience with Vista Tree Management. I signed a contract with this company and even paid the full deposit in advance as confirmed by their office. However, after receiving payment, no one showed up, and they did not respond to my 100 of calls and emails. A great experience from beginning to end. What an amazing crew! We had a large Linden & Japanese Maple pruned and they did such a fantastic job. The crew were knowledgeable & friendly and took their time making sure to maintain the integrity of both trees. They also did a fantastic job of cleaning up after they were done. I highly recommend Vista Tree Management to anyone needing expert tree pruning. I will definitely use them again in the future! Thank you Vista!
