6/15/2026 disappointing interaction with a maintenance staff member at this property. A contracted worker parked in the wrong spot, and the maintenance man responded by speaking to them in a demeaning, disrespectful manner—treating them as if they were unintelligent and beneath him. Professional correction is one thing; belittling people is another. This behavior was unprofessional and reflected poorly on the property's management. I live across the streeet at 2908 S Kiwanis and repeatedly packages are delivered to Vista Towers front desk at 2908 W 37th Street after searching for days and days they are found at Vista Towers and often opened.. DO NOT ACCEPT PACKAGES THAT ARE NOT YOURS! Some we have been unable to get back and insurance refunds us!!!!! DO NOT take things that don't belong to you. I am going to start calling the Police.
