5 stars for the maintenance team. Mr. Jesus, Chris, and Redd were all very professional and kind.
I’ve been a resident for two years. I started out in one of the tower buildings and an opening came in the Encore building. Since moving in, in 2024, the office staff has always been great with me. Although changes have been made with management staff it still remains the same. I enjoy coming home from work or leaving from work and being greeted by Ms. Cheryl. This place is great there's so much space and I love the kitchen
I moved here in May 2025. Since moving here things has gotten worse. My biggest complaint is the elevator getting stuck on my floor. I live in the 3000 building and the left elevator gets stuck on the 4th floor which is the floor I live on. When I go to the office to ask them about when it’s getting fixed the only thing they can say is they don’t know. I just moved in so this review might change but I wanted to give a little overview of my experience so far. The process of applying all the way to actually getting a lease signed and an apartment to move into took about a month and a half. I never got any calls or emails giving me any updates on my application or my move in date. I tried to call constantly but no one ever answered the phone.
