While there are staff in the office all day. That filipino lady who works there is actually the worst human i have ever met. She acts like she owns the building, literally barks at people and very inconsiderate. Acts as if we tenants do not pay rent. Management needs to put cameras inside that office to see how she behaves and talks to people. Need HR to fire her because she has no heart and littteraly makes up rules and is just mean to everyone. Never had a good conversation with her and i have met other people in the elevator who has 100% agreed about her behaviour
I loved this building. The staff is so good. Nyima the manager she is so patient and Amber who i met briefly is so accommodating and helpful. Both of them helped me and kept the building nicely. The building is well managed .
Stayed there for a year ,had a wonderful experience,Amber & Nyima are awesome . Nyima is very kind and Amber is very accommodating and helpful. Both of them are professional and woild recommend it to anyone.
