This is the most efficient surgical center I've ever been to and I've been there twice for cataract surgery never had to wait for a nurse or doctor for more than 10 minutes when one person was finished with me another one came in and recovery was great too they even called me the next day to see how it was doing if I ever have to have surgery again for anything I hope I end up there 🙏And the staff is friendly and top notch
Absolutely incredible. Amazing staff and extremely professional and sweet. Took amazing care of my 5 year old daughter and went above and beyond! Highly recommend!
I had cataract surgery on my left eye March 10,I checked in with Makayla front desk, very kind. Preoperative staff Tyler, he was kind and made me feel comfortable. Operative/Procedure staff Jess, Betina and Michele were so kind. Recovery room was Brooke, again very kind and helpful. April 1st, I had my right eye done, front desk was Danielle again very kind, Preoperative was Megan very kind, Operative/Procedure staff Jill, Jess B., Betina, and Emily all wonderful people. While the nurses are Wonderful - the management and Administration is terrible. Please be careful when "prepaying" any charges....it takes MONTHS to get your overpayment back. They lack follow through and when they already have your money - they are in NO rush to refund. My EOB stated they paid In December 24 and I was told today it would be ANOTHER month. Literally 3 mos turnaround- Ridiculous!! Do not use Roholt or this is the center you will go to..
