While the nurses are Wonderful - the management and Administration is terrible. Please be careful when "prepaying" any charges....it takes MONTHS to get your overpayment back. They lack follow through and when they already have your money - they are in NO rush to refund. My EOB stated they paid In December 24 and I was told today it would be ANOTHER month. Literally 3 mos turnaround- Ridiculous!! Do not use Roholt or this is the center you will go to..
This place is awful—non-professional- sub-standard care. Rush through everything, nothing explained, operative nurse Marybeth rough and aggressive- scrubbing eye with betadine without warning. I had previous eye surgies at Cleveland eye and laser surgery center— they were superb, kind, gentle and explained everything. Used little to no sedation/versed.
I've had 6 procedures here since 2020 and the staff are always incredible!
Not impressed here showed up 40 minutes early for a friend's appointment was told to come back 5 minutes before appointment time. Was told cataract procedure would be around 2 hours it took almost 4. I was not allowed to wait in the air conditioning was told to wait in my car in an 85° day... I sure hope they cared for my friend well,that is the best I can say for them. I'm still waiting in my car currently
