Manager and manager assistance very nice ladies manager is very understanding very helpful lived here about 2 and 1/2 years. Can't forget the maintenance man"s very helpful.
I been live at Vista Sureno for on 4yrs now been through quite a few workers Then we got Kylie last november she is so kind, helpful, understanding,and caring. She is really making a change around our complex im so greatful to have her as our new manger here at vista sureno she always there stays with a positive mindset thank you Kylie for have always being here i appreciate you for what you do !!!
Kylie, the property manager, is one of the best things about the complex. She is hardworking and has always gone above and beyond for the residents to make sure they are taken care of. The area is quiet and close to several shopping centres and within walking distance of many food and grocery stores. The improvements that are being made have really brought the area to another level.
One of the worst complexes ever!!! Horrible maintenance, AC is louder than a Diesel! Towed my car out of my designated parking spot after they changed their own policy on our lease agreement & failed to provide me with proper notice. I had to pay to get my own car back! Management is absurdly rude to their own tenants! I don’t know how this place is running!?! They are predatory and try to steal your money Please don’t move here!!!! Horrible complex!!!! They will charge you $4,000+ to break your lease!!!!
Don't stay here if you like access to running water.
