I’m giving this review 3 stars but it’s mainly due to the location/convenience & the new management that came in! If it weren’t for them I’d give 1 star because google requires it. CONAM is actually quite awful & I 100% don’t recommend but I will spare you all the painful details as the list of things I’ve endured is rather long. This place was honestly a hole in the wall until they replaced everyone in the front office. Terrance and Ciera really made a lot of progress in turning this place around! They are truly great! Would give zero stars if I could. Had an appointment today to tour the property and no one from the complex showed up to the leasing office or answered the phone. Waited for 15 minutes in the heat. Boooo

I would like to give Cortney Jackson the maintenence guy that installed my new dishwasher a 5 star rating he was very polite & didn't make a big mess. Take you Cortney!!!
my five stars goes to the maintenance guy Courtney, while we lived there he went out of his way to fix our dryer and helped us with the walk through upon move out. he’s the best one there !
