Just moved here and I am over it and looking for another place to move to. I moved in on March 29th and today is April 10th and the trash still hasn't been picked up. It's starting to smell and I am unable to even throw any other trash in the dumpster because its completely full in the whole area. It's disgusting. Supposedly part of our rent goes to pay for the trash, sewer, and water. I regret moving here. Office staff never answers the phone and is never in office on time as well.
The office workers Lina & Mayra are incompetent, they either act like they can’t do their jobs or blame the issue on other people, they don’t know how to take accountability, they don’t take complaints serious until it becomes a bigger issue. the maintenance workers get their jobs done no complaints with them, they came to our unit several times to repair the sink, washer & gate door. Management is terrible. Me and my fiancé have sent over a dozen emails for about a year for repairs around the apartment and management hasn’t done anything. We’ve complained about noisy neighbors being LOUD throughout the night and management hasn’t done anything. It’s gotten to a point of pursuing legal action for negligence. Do not live here.
