I have been extremely disappointed with my experience at Vista Springs Apartments. Recently, my family and I had an encounter involving the property manager's daughter that was completely unprofessional. What should have been a simple interaction escalated because of rude and disrespectful behavior. Instead of addressing the situation professionally, management appeared to take the matter personally. The outside of this property looks horrible every single day, yet management has the nerve to threaten tenants over late rent like this place is luxury living. I'II pay rent when I feel like it just like y'all pay the Wi-Fi and waste management bills when you feel like it apparently. You collect money from every tenant every month for Wi-Fi, trash, and water, yet the Wi-Fi constantly gets cut off because the bill isn't paid and the trash overflows because waste management clearly isn't being handled either. Possibily one of thee worst apartments to live at , hardly anything stays fixed there have been constant issues with our water not getting hot then magically being hot another day gates around the places never close as most of the time they are broken I feel super safe ! I lived in these apartments knowing my family and I would only be there short-term, but the experience was far from good. 1. Washer & Dryer When we moved in on 2/15/25, there was no washer and dryer even though it was included in the lease. We were told it was “on backorder” and would arrive the following week, but that stretched out until 3/10/25. Instead of a new unit, we received a “new/used” set.
