I wouldn't call this place a "spa"- It's more like a glorified tanning salon. I had a horrible experience having my eyelashes tinted and lifted. First, I didn't receive a welcoming greeting when I walked in, but hey, I can get past that. Next when I was brought back to the room I was given NO direction. Not a "you can put your bag down there", "hop up on the table", "we will start with this". NOTHING. Awkward.
