If I could give this place no stars, I would. Only gave it 1 so I could write a review. Regional manager is rude, not caring, and basically told us to leave. Office manager is lazy. We will likely be looking to move soon so we won’t have to deal with this terrible company anymore.

This is the National company. We are local in Evansville, Indiana. We have no regional manager because we are local. I'm sorry you had this experience however you have rated the wrong Warren Properties.

Yeah I like it just moved in a comfortable place at secured and people are nice.
I've have had the best experience at Autumn Woods apartments! Everyone here is so friendly, It's quiet and security does their job! Everyone that lives here & works here, are all down to earth people and will help you in anyway they can! I would recommend these apartments to anyone!
Do you want fish people here are so kind and helpful the work is that going around fixing stuff every friendly they keep the place really nice I would suggest it to anybody
I am looking for a couple who leased as well as did maintenance Dec. 2006 thru May 2007. I believe their first names were Candance and Ralph/ Clyde I need their complete names. It is very important! If anyone can help me catch these former employees! I am involved in litigation and I can't proceed until I have their complete names. We are supposed to be able to trust our apartment employees and not be concerned about theft!
