Our house is just 3–4 years old, and we were very disappointed to find the roof leaking during the recent rain. For a relatively new build, this kind of issue is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the quality of construction. We contacted the builder, and while someone did come to take pictures of the damage, no one has followed up since. Repeated calls have gone unanswered. The lack of responsibility and poor customer service is extremely frustrating. We expected much better from a professional builder
