We stayed here in the end of November to end of December 2025 it’s a very quiet park the lady in the office was great very pleasant and accommodating. However the park needs a lot of updating and maintenance. The wooden fences are all but falling apart and the picnic table we had was not any better. We were at site 71 behind the dog park and the “poop” container wasn’t emptied once while we were there. So flies were a constant issue. We had a fantastic time. Our dogs loved it. The pool was not open as we were there in early May however, great place to stay. Close to everything yet secluded and quiet. We will be back again.
Vista Ridge is an absolute gem. It’s clubhouse has a very inviting feel and has every game imaginable. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and well maintained. We were in space 3 and couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful spot. Everyone we met were extremely friendly and super helpful. Eric was super nice and provided us with great information. I will definitely recommend this campground to anyone who is looking for a relaxed laid back getaway. Thank you for the memories!
We came for only a couple of days to visit family in the area and stayed six days instead. The people who took our reservations were above helpful and friendly and the owners are so awesome and attentive to your needs. Very friendly atmosphere. Clean park. They are working hard to improve the property but take the time to entertain you also. We were there in February so the pool was a little too cool to check out but hot tub was just what we needed. This spot used to be a favorite destination for my brother and me. We'd park our RVs, inviting family and friends for weekend getaways, creating cherished memories. Situated just outside San Antonio, it offered both a getaway vibe and proximity to town for emergencies. However, since my brother's sudden passing in 2023, I hadn't returned.
