If I could give the apartment complex 0 stars I would. This is my 2nd year here and we’ve had and ongoing issue since I’ve moved in. The water pipe busts every month just about and they will not reimburse for the unused water that flows out. I’ve been calling everyday for almost 3 weeks now and they keep telling me they’re working on it with no actual evidence of such. I just moved into Vista Ridge, and the staff has been absolutely incredible-from the office team to the maintenance crew. They guided me through every step of the process, from the application to the move-in day, making everything smooth and stress-free. The maintenance team has been especially helpful, quickly addressing any concerns and taking the time to explain everything clearly. I am really pleased with their service and so glad I chose Vista Ridge as my new home!
