Fairfield east hills Garbage, never trash pick up never use pool. Constantly cops , k9 units here dozens times for drugs here . 2 bedroom $2900 monthly to live in projects (plus) ALL utilities! section 8 all up in here . place is a total rip off never recommended this pl or anything affiliated to these heartless people!! Food Garbage all over the floor security is useless young kids breaking into people trucks climbing in and out of pickups etc. Welcome to the Jungle 2 years of hell !!!
RUN! -Overpriced -Rude staff -Terrible maintenance. You'll wait forever for things to be fixed. They'll blame you for any issue. Lord are they rude on the phone (if you can even reach them) I hate calling for maintenance. They're quick to leave rude notes on everyone's door though... when it's convenient for them. -the complex is a dump... trash everywhere. -"no parking fire zones" but people still park. Edit to original— Fairfield doesn’t do jack about any issues here. There’s MASSIVE dead rats throughout due to the constant garbage issue. We wrote and continue to write about issues and the slumlords do not care. The apartments are beautiful inside as you’re paying for “luxury” the garbage situation is absolutely disturbing. For some reason they refuse to have more than one dumpster for trash. They have a bottles dumpster and a cardboard dumpster that over flow trash gets thrown into.
