This guy will save you money if he can, tell you to compare and plan out costs, not get into sales presentations, stop by and think through materials and samples with you. Purchased our home in Highlands Ranch & definitely needed some upgrades, kitchen, master bathroom & 2 other bathrooms. Being out of state was a challenge to find a contractor that we trusted, fortunately our daughter lives here to oversee if any issues. They are very slow and I am not satisfied with their work.
Kestas and his team were incredible throughout our bathroom remodel process. Not only was the price fair but the quality of work was extremely professional and very high quality. They finished the job in a timely manner and were very communicative throughout the project. They also kept the working area incredibly clean and tidy at the end of each working day.
