I hired Vista Real Estate Services to manage my home in El Paso, TX from April 2023 to April 2024, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. Communication was extremely inconsistent — I often had to follow up multiple times just to get basic updates about my property. I’m so annoyed with vista real estate!! I’ve been waiting months for them to come do a maintenance order on my son room for a water leak that could possibly be molded. I put in a work order and even called John Hogan multiple times and texted!! I’m so irritated I would not recommend renting/ or buying a house from them!!!
Not recommended. Did not take care of the home and did not communicate important changes to me (i.e. Tenant reported that she will be leaving and it was not communicated to me about the agreement between them). Make a deep research before make business with Mr. Hogan and this property management. Good Luck!
