Chad Philips is THE MAN! We sold one and bought another. With Chad's help ang guidance we were able to pull this off even though there were some hiccups with both other realtors. Chad stayed vigilant and professional and got the deal done. I would highly recommend Chad and the whole Vista real estate team! I will be using Chad again in our next venture for sure!

Chad is the most professional Realtor I have ever used. Thorough, knows the market, listens, follows up and aggressively advertises his listings. We are fortunate enough to use Chad when we were buyers (we were new to the area, he found the perfect property for us) and when we needed to sell our home, he sold it for the price WE wanted. He got it done on all levels.
