I live here- The previous review might have been fair at the time but now it's really not. New management, new owners as far as I know, and new mait staff. This place isn't any grand taj mahal kinda place- But It's maintained, clean, has a lot of laundry facilities, and a really nice staff. The manager is extremely polite and I've never had any problems getting stuff fixed. Given that I pay 625 in rent for a 2 bedroom, I feel pretty good about this place.
