I haven’t had a bad experience with this company though there is a house I was interested but I don’t know who the owner of the property actually is. The house was posted on Craigslist, I emailed the given address of the poster. I think someone is trying to use the house as a scam for money. I’d like to get in touch with the real owner of the house or the agent responsible for the “for rent” sign. If anyone knows the owner or can possibly get bob or Scott to call me, I have left messages, it would be a big help.
I've been renting from Bob and Scott for two years and they've been very responsive.
Their rental house at 2967 Dry Creek Road in the Ryan Meadows Subdivision is an embarrassment to the subdivision with a weed infested dead lawn. Vista Property Management refuses to do anything about it. The subdivision has a requirement for maintaining property to basic standards.
