206 W Division St Villa Park, IL. I love my landlord and love my unit , but the communication with property management when it comes to noise complaints is so hard sometimes. I'm grateful for any help I can get but sometimes I wish there could be more of a quicker response. All my neighbors are respectful minus my upstairs neighbors at 206 W Division. UPDATE: this management company now refuses to speak to my landlord over legitimate noise complaints. They have told me to just called the police after being told the police will not do anything. Their refusal to issue any notices or anything violates my right to quiet enjoyment, which is state law. Their job is to make sure landlords are following state and local laws to ensure all tenants are protected. I understand I can hear a bit of noise, but at 3 am when there’s a big bang on the floor or similar noises all day long f... read more
