Vista Property Management managed my property for 8 years and I don't think they did a good job at all my house walls has holes in them, celling's was dirty, broken sliding glass door frame, and tree were grossly overgrown. Besides that, the tenant's security deposit did not cover the damages and I have been charged the damage amount that the security deposit did not cover and I have not received my money back yet. While we lived there things were decent for a few months. Within about 3 months in to living there i was told by Shannon that my children and I were being evicted but my husband had to continue the lease. But when asked for a reason why and proof of a notice she was unable to provide me with one and didn’t hear anything else about it. She claimed to have spoken to my husband both on the phine and face to face which was impossible due to him being out of state for 2 months. Great place to live ! They have a lot of property s to choose from ! The office people are very nice and maintenance guys are very friendly and do a great job I recommend Vista for your rental you will love to live on one of them !!
This company is terrible to work with. I need repairs and they won't fix things. My house is very clean and I have a rat problem. They won't do anything about it. They don't respond to complaints. I hate this company
