2746 Galisteo Rd is affordable and close to Zia train station yes, but the stay wasn’t all that great. My neighbor in Unit E always blasted music. He had speakers screwed into his living room wall with my bedroom directly on the other side. Sometimes he would play his music towards the parking lot too. Disgraceful. Black mold and insect infestations. Common laundry facilities haven't worked in years. Took three months to get holes in roof repaired. Dishwasher is still broken despite two plus years of documented correspondence. Widespread IV drug use on and around property. Charlotte Harper and Associates need to be sued into the dirt for their utter negligence and despicable rent-seeking. Terrible place needs to get taken down already. Got roaches great grandparents still living there. Do not live here my car was stolen twice and broken into twice also. They have no cameras and the management drug deals.

This is the new name for the chamisa management in Santa Fe New Mexico.. I got me a great little place and they were able to help me out very quickly when my house got sold a year and a 1/2 ago. Rosenda rosenda is great! Always willing to help me out with whatever I need when it comes to my apartment. My apartment. Very thankful for my place!
