This is a nice area mostly families here, but let me tell you, if you dont have children, ask for the top floor, the child above me, starts his running and jumping at 6 am and goes throughout the day, until 10:30pm, and this is a non stop thing everyday
Denise Henrich is absolutely the worst manager. I've been living in this place for almost 6 years and not once did I have issues with Susan when she was present. As soon as Denise took over, a complete 180 with management. Completely fraudulent with the damage deposits, as she now plans on charging me over $9,000 WITHOUT A WALKOUT. She disabled my FOB keys without notification and basically locked me out of my suite whilst still moving. AND she plans on charging me rent for the month I leave. We have been living here for several years, and overall our experience has been very positive. The location is very convenient, with a supermarket right across the street. The neighborhood feels safe, and the staff are friendly and professional. Recently, Dennis (maintenance technician) handled repairs, and his work was excellent—quick, careful, and very professional. Maintenance requests can be easily submitted through the app, which is very convenient.
It's a perfect place clean not loud,schools are nearby and good well behaved school. Safe area to live in no problems or nothing
