High rent and no freedom. I wish I had seen these reviews before renting this apartment. I'm dealing with these issues now; you're not allowed to have guests. When the manager saw my guest on the security camera, they sent a complaint letter. It's been the worst experience.
I've had several issues over the year and a half I've lived here, including my vehicle being broken into 3 times in the past 6 months. Each time, I've had to pay over $1000 out of pocket because of insurance deductibles because the apartment complex refuses to put surveillance up in a neighborhood that seems to have issues more and more often over the past 18 months. Avoid these apartments; they will charge you a lot of money for false deposit damages or send you to collections. I hope you find my review helpful. I lived in this apartment for 4 years, and the site manager, Susan, was unprofessional and rude. This year, when I decided to move out, they charged me over $2,000 for the damage deposit based on false accusations. I've lived here for about 6 years and it's been an excellent experience. The building itself feels so clean and fancy, you'll regularly see staff cleaning areas (they're so friendly and always chat!), there's always a social event going on to makes things feel lively, and the building manager, Susan has gone so out of her way to create a relationship with us and keep connected.
