worst experience with property manager susan.
I've lived here for about 6 years and it's been an excellent experience. The building itself feels so clean and fancy, you'll regularly see staff cleaning areas (they're so friendly and always chat!), there's always a social event going on to makes things feel lively, and the building manager, Susan has gone so out of her way to create a relationship with us and keep connected. Apartment building is always taken care of and clean. Susan the site manager is amazing and the best site manager I’ve had. and when repairs/maintenance is requested she ensures sit is done in a timely manner. Edit: 05/07/2025 Just found out Susan is being transferred to a new building. Very upset about this as Susan made this place what it is. I know me and multiple tenants have been talking, after our lease is up we are moving. Not worth it if we don’t have a good site manager. You can’t just replace Susan .
Takes months to fix issues in suites, excessive garbage "overload" constantly, does not check in with clients and promotes animal abuse. Got glared at every time I entered the appartments by Susan. You have the literal easiest job known to man. Do better.
Best manager i have ever had ( Susan) ! Amazing to talk to, if there is any concerns or need anything she is the first one to make sure everything is done right away! I have two children and she has been phenomenal and nothing but amazing with us ! Very helpful and will go above and beyond for her tenants. If I could give more then 5 stars I 100% would !!!
