The office is unorganized and ill managed. They do not have a set schedule on when the office will be open. No one ever answers the phone, when they do answer and you make a request its never completed you gotta stay on they neck for days. You leave messages they don’t call back. You submit maintenance requests and they will close them without even coming.
Literally no one answered the phone since they opened and I have tried calling different times throughout the day during office hours!
