This is a great place to live! People are nice and there are many people that will help you with any help that you need. It's a close group of supportive people and make this a very comfortable & proud "my neighborhood" ! The "campus" is absolutely CLEAN! Wide streets to get around with cars, bicycles and scooters. Some of the homes are updated with manufactured homes. The mobile homes are old, but people make them updated and nice and clean. There is a committee that makes sure of that. Board controlled. Board made up of a “click” of specific residents. Rules apply to some and not to their click. Love our home, but the resude T’s are rude and entitled. This is not Newport Beach, this is Vista fir Pete’s sake
