Do not recommend at all. I started coming here a couple years ago because they were the only ones who accepted my insurance who also had availability to be seen when I was looking within a reasonable time. To start, every single time I felt like the doctor thought my complaints/symptoms were humerous. Receptionist is rude, uncaring and no help at all .She would never work for me . Dr Hno retired in November great doctor ! Since he's been gone I had to see a nurse practitioner who is leaving ! So they set me up with a physician assistant for June, well she is leaving too ! So I asked who I can see n her reply was no one available for June ! The WORST! Go ahead and try to call the office! Leave a message and see if they really call back. They won't! I only dealt with this office for almost 8 years because of one doctor. Her name was Dr. Marina Gladson- THE BEST doctor. She's retired and I will no longer have to deal with them- good luck, hope you choose another doctors office- find one with better receptionists and nurses- you deserve better. TRUST me!
Every doctor I've had here is great. However, I have never had a pleasant experience with the front desk staff and I have been going here for at least a decade. Over the last several years, they have been increasingly impolite, combative, and completely unhelpful. There is no friendly demeanor and calling to ask a question or schedule an appointment is like emotional whiplash.
