Asked for referral within my network to ENT, they gave me referral and I scheduled appointment but couldn’t get in for a few months. Finally when I get to the specialist they tell me neither of the two insurances I have(Ambetter & blue cross) are accepted. $200 just to get looked at

Nurse practitioner Marlon Viloria misdiagnosed me after telling me issues I presented were caused by anxiety. I got sicker which led me to see another doctor who drew my blood and test my level of B12. I was not absorbing vitamin B12 and vitamin D.
The doctors are well concerned about their patient and when they talk to you they talk to you not like a doctor but as family and I think that is very so awesome I can warmly say that I trust my doctor really do from down deep in my heart and I think Dr Knoll is the best
I made appointment month ago. I tried updated my insurance front desk told me they had. I asked regarding my secondary I was told they accept it. I get to my appointment today told I can't be seen due to my secondary insurance. I told them I do not need to use it. The front desk was rude and told me I have to.
