I have been going to Vista physician for about 6 years now. When I first start going in it was great, easy to schedule appointment someone always answered the phone in a timely manner. Now, years later they have horrible phone service no one hardly ever picks up the phone.

Horrible customer service, staff is always rude, and they’re always changing my appointments. I was supposed to get blood work and their excuse was that I was a hard stick when I told them from where they always take out my blood, the girl didn’t even poke me right, and they wanted to send me to the hospital where they are going to charge me $250 like an emergency visit just for blood work so for them to end up drawing my blood from the same place that I told them. This location was not very good place before, But now they have Ben don a lot of improvement , my opinion now is the best one in the area, thanks guys for your attention on my visit appointments

Every since they have had this new Receptionist it’s hard to get a appointment I’ve had to physically drive over there to schedule an appointment the professionalism isn’t the greatest
