RecommendedVery nice apartments. Maintenance team is great. They get things done very quick. They have been upgrading the place, first the laundry rooms, they got a new playground, also new building doors and now a better place for mailboxes. Anthony is one of the maintenance techs and I personally can tell He puts a lot of effort and dedication to ensure residents requests are done asap.
No security in place to prevent people from pulling fire alarms falsely. no security cameras placed in hallways, no actual closed in fence. No locked building doors. Just feels incredibly unsafe 24/7 and they say "measures will be taken soon" everytime I go to the leasing office to ask what is being done. I know price of living in Denver is expensive and crazy right now, but this place is so not worth it.
I worry about the conditions the cockroaches have to put up with.
