I got a hand wash and I needed let them know to clean it again the first time I think they just wash 50% and I had to talk to someobe in charge and they took the car again to wash it. I wasn't happy....
I was passenger for somebody else who did wash their car. In today's world things are no longer what they once were. Most places that took pride in customer service no longer provide that unique detail. We ended up going to re vacuum the interior somewhere else. Because the service was somewhat sloppy. The wash was ok. Maybe because she has a car garage?
I always go there's they always do a pretty good job !
