I have been coming here for about 6 years now and today was the worst experience by far. They broke my antenna and without even thinking twice told me so sorry but they weren't going to do anything about it. That doesn't cut it with me. My antenna was about 3 times thicker than stock antennas and only came up maybe 15 inches instead of the 28-36 normal antennas are. And after I just spent 53 bucks on a car wash I get told to bad.
