Overall - the updates are nice, the newer property management group has been responsive in a timely manner. The property is overall pleasant and quiet and the neighborhood is great. I would suggest spending a moment before renting to see how squeaky the above apt floors are - it can be very disruptive to a quiet home if there’s an issue, enough to have to move out. I lived here for three years and loved the majority of it. There are great updates throughout the apartment. There is some dirty (yellow) water sometimes, the building is so old. Also this last year the elevator was broken for more than half a year. A lot of us relied on that elevator. The management is new and a lot more responsive than the previous managers. Repeatedly tried to contact the complex and have never heard back. Tried calling multiple times and filled out their contact form. It's been a week and I've heard nothing. I feel bad if for the residents of they're this hard to get ahold of.

Nice place top floors have grate views.
