If you’re considering renting here, be warned—the reality is far from what’s advertised. The pictures online are misleading and don’t reflect the true condition of the apartments. Management refuses to replace broken appliances, no matter how long they’ve been out of service. During hurricane season, instead of providing safe and practical guidance, the male property manager went as far as advising residents to park in flooded areas, casually stating, “you have insurance,” as if damage to your vehicle isn’t a serious concern... read more
I have been here a month now and it has been so amazing. The move in was a little rough to start but Assistant Property Manager Santee came to save the day. He is absolutely amazing and such a great asset to your team here. Although Santee wasn’t there the day we moved in, he made it his priority to stop by and ensure we were all set and content.
