I'm extremely disappointed with the treatment I received at your office, Despite being told that I could walk in with my client for a tour, the staff's attitude was unprofessional and unwelcoming. They didn't even greet us properly, and when I asked about the tour, they seemed dismissive and unhelpful. If you’re considering renting here, be warned—the reality is far from what’s advertised. The pictures online are misleading and don’t reflect the true condition of the apartments. Management refuses to replace broken appliances, no matter how long they’ve been out of service. During hurricane season, instead of providing safe and practical guidance, the male property manager went as far as advising residents to park in flooded areas, casually stating, “you have insurance,” as if damage to your vehicle isn’t a serious concern... read more
