My family have lived here for 4 years and all of the horrible comments about poor previous management, roaches, mold, dog park, parking and water shut offs are absolutely TRUE! Thankfully, we've gotten new management and all of this has been remedied. New management is responsive, attentive and truely works for the residents! Thank you so much Darlene and Diamond! Fabulous job!

EXTREME MOLD. RUINED MY HEALTH. Not just around the windows year round, but on every single thing I owned made out of wood. Tables, utensils, old keepsakes. Had to throw away so many items that meant a lot to me- and worst of all, I now have chronic asthma and allergies almost every day ever since living in this mold filled apartment. Living here ruined my health. Also dealt with thousands of roaches since my apartment was closed to the water heater room that had a hole leading to my closet. Landlord is a LIAR.
