Vista Optical at this Fred Meyer location has the poorest service of any optical provider I've ever used! I scheduled an appointment for an eye exam arrived 5 minutes early and the optician let a walk in, in ahead of me. Then they asked me to wait for 45 minutes. The receptionist's were rude regarding the scheduled appointment and apparently felt that my time was not important enough for them to keep the appointment.
