Interested staff.... not the service im used to from Mini. Cold staff and not so knowledgeable. Won't use again

This place is hit and miss. Ive bought multiple cars here and used their services department. Basic stuff, like being the only person waiting to be checked in and the person is busy on their phone, to them not cleaning your car even after you ask, are simple but basics and they dont have that attention to service.

Extremely disappointed with my first experience at MINI of Coconut Creek. I came in for a simple nail in the tire, but it took far longer than quoted—and they didn’t even fix it properly. I now have to go to another dealership to get it corrected. The receptionist, Sade, was sarcastic and rude over the phone—pretending not to hear me and hanging up. When I arrived minutes later and asked if it was her I spoke with, she claimed she “didn’t recall,” then ignored me as she walked around me, whispered to the valet about my cars ... read more

People were friendly enough and they performed the work in a timely manner, however they quoted one price over the phone for a tire + installation and when I arrived it was $100 more - no explanation, no apology, nothing.

Update: They took my complaint seriously and did anything and everything they could to make it right....Including a loaner car and doing a courtesy repair not under warranty n/c. Casey is awesome. Thank you. Went in for service they said 1 hr. 3 hours and 45 minutes later with false communication and after complaining and screaming got the car back.... lost the day because of their horrible service. I will remember this abuse forever. Bought 3 cars from them, btw.
