The owners of the Property, JL Grey, are the ones who need to be dressed down. The manager is helpful, but my cooling broke down nearly a month ago, in the dead of Summer, and she is still waiting on "approval from accounting" to get it fixed. Meanwhile, the common areas are always dirty, and some residents prop the "security" doors open at night so any rifraf can come and go. The police are here often and yes, there are bed bugs although not in my unit.

I really love my apartment, I think Tracy our manager is so awesome, she addresses every problem promptly and has finally got things going the way it should be. She has made a huge difference since she has been here. She has worked nonstop to make living comfortable and safe. Of course with apartment living there is going to be the ones that cause issues but thankfully with Tracy and our maintenance guys things are good. Thank you for all the hard work, Royce

Very nice apartments. But woke up to feeling something crawling on me came to find out there are bed bugs. Before I had moved in I had no bugs whatsoever I was looking around my apartment and they are coming from the walls under the plastic thing around the bottom of the walls.

That lady Tracie Ramos doesn't give a shit about the residents and tenants of this place and the laundry room is always a mess and the machines never work right well or properly too neither they totally invasive of our space and overall rights to our personal space an privacy too also as well need I say more
